To ensure the best experience for all of my clients and respect for stylists' time, I kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made at least 24 HOURS in advance. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy: If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 HOURS notice, a no-show/cancellation fee of 100% service cost for non color services and 50% service cost of color services + extension services will be charged. I understand that life happens, and emergencies are unavoidable — please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate.
